Booking & Payment

• To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.

• In addition to the accommodation price, a local tourist tax of €3.50 per person/day (ages 14 and up) will be charged on site.

• Children’s discounts:

  • 0–1 year: €10.00 surcharge

  • 2–8 years: 50% discount

  • 9–13 years: 20% discount

• Pets (dog/cat) welcome – € 10 per day. Not allowed in the apartments.

• Payment on site is possible in cash, by bank transfer, debit or credit card.

• Final cleaning is included.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 30%

• Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 60%

• Less than 2 weeks: 90%

• Unused days in case of early departure: 100%

Arrival & Mobility

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

• Enjoy free use of public transportation throughout South Tyrol with the Südtirol Guest Pass (including ski bus & ski train). The bus stop is just 350 m away.

• Free parking directly at the house (uncovered).

• Breakfast buffet included for room guests.
  Apartment guests can book breakfast for €15 per person (please reserve by 5:30 PM the day before).

• Breakfast hours: 7:30–10:00 AM
  Featuring regional products, homemade sweets, and savory options upon request.

• Half board available: Breakfast and dinner for €43 per person. Please book by 11:00 AM the same day.

• Bar with terrace and restaurant on-site (extra charge)

• Kircha Spa-Relax: Sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, and whirlpool – available for all our guests.
